Rates and Fees

Rates

$145 per night
- Rent six nights and receive the seventh FREE ($870 per week)
- June 2 to August 11 requires week long booking (Saturday to Saturday only)

Holidays

Pets are permitted for an additional fee of $25 per night per pet or $100 per week per pet (whichever is less).
There is a two pet maximum.

Grocery shopping is available for $25 plus the cost of groceries
All you have to do is provide your shopping list and you will find everything in the cabin upon your arrival
Romantic Dinners – personally catered meal for two cooked to your liking for $59.95
Let us know when you want it ready and you will return to the cabin to find a hot romantic dinner waiting for you
Picnic Baskets can be catered for a romantic couple's day out or for a family outing
Basket for two - $35, Family Basket - $60

Card Logos

A $200 refundable damage/reservation deposit is due within seven days of booking
The damage/reservation deposit MUST be accompanied by a signed copy of the rental agreement
A payment equal to 50% of the total cost is due sixty days before arrival
The balance of the total cost is due thirty days before arrival
Please see the rental agreement for the cancellation policy
Until confirmed with receipt of the damage/reservation deposit, rates are subject to change

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 4PM EST
Check-out time is 11AM EST
Upon receipt of your final payment, each guest will be provided with a unique 10 digit door code that expires after check-out
